Nina has master’s degrees in communication and counselling psychology. She had worked in the field of marketing at multinational companies for over 10 years. With her profound working experience, Nina is familiar with the corporate culture and the multitude of challenges employees face on a daily basis.

As a interdisciplinary professional in marketing and psychology, her expertise includes mental health, stress management, career development, interpersonal and organizational communication, which enhance workplace effectiveness and are vital tools for improving worker’s wellness and productivity. She believes that by identifying and resolving personal concerns that affect job performance, it is more likely to get beneath and go beyond the problem, creating changes which benefit employees and the organisation in the long run.

Nina has been studied traditional yoga, mediation, and aromatherapy for many years, and received several international certifications.
